Happy Bunny Easter Egg Day!

I had downloaded the calendar for my newly bought Animal Crossing Wii to tell me when there was going to be some of the festivals on the game. I found that Easter Sunday is Bunny Day on Animal Crossing on the Wii. So I decided I would have to go and play for a bit.

This is what happened:

When you enter the town go to the Town Hall and you find a big bunny there who wants bunny foils, in return you will get Egg items…

The list is as follows:

Egg Floor
Egg Wall
Egg Bed
Egg Lamp
Egg Table
Egg Chair
Egg Wardrobe
Egg Dresser
Egg Stereo
Egg Toyset
Egg Clock
Egg Bench

I had to dig with my shovel to find eggs and open them – Some contain candy which your person can eat and the rest contain the foils.

Take the foil to the bunny and you will get the items one by one.

Hint: Have more than one character to get double, treble or quadruple the amount of foils to get the whole set of items so you can sell them for major bucks at Nooks shop!!

iPlayer on Wii

Finally we can watch TV on our Wii’s with the free channel, iPlayer!

It is very handy if you want to catch up with something very quickly because it is right there at your fingertips, straight after you’ve been playing your games!

Navigation is easy but personal choice may be entering program names into a proper keyboard rather than onscreen. If that is the case see my previous post about USB flexi-keyboards!

Let’s hope that Nintendo will have some more ideas for new channels this year!

Easter Eggs

No its far too late for chocolate eggs, isnt it?

Easter Eggs are special things that game developers put into games to get players to find so that they enjoy the game more and it is usually done to help people relax and want to carry on finding more silly things as they play.

Some Easter Eggs are like cheats and that has to be said with one of the biggest people game in the world, The Sims.

If you press the right keys in the right order in games other things could also happen.

So play around in your games, you never know what you might find lurking in there!
